How Long Do I Have to Complete the Course?

You have up to 180 days to complete a course or course package. You are free to log on and off as many times as you need during the 180 days.

Who Teaches the Course?

Our courses are developed by industry professionals with decades of experience in construction, inspection, and real estate law, ensuring the content is practical, relevant, and engaging.

When Will I Receive My Credit?

Credits are reported electronically to TREC each day before midnight. If you complete your course prior to 11:30pm, your credits will be reported the same day.

Are Your Courses Approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission?

Yes. The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) has approved our courses for Inspector Continuing Education (CE) credit. Our Course Provider License number is 719.

What if I Fail an Exam?

All our courses include an exam for review purposes, but passing them is not required for course credit.
